The listing is already wrong
Posted hours flip the map to Open. The bakery is still dark. Three people will try the door, leave, and remember it.
Posted hours were 7:00. Dan is late. Wayfinder still shows open. StillShut reads the front door sign and lights, texts Maria, and puts one honest sentence on the listing, BiteRun, the website, and the answer line.
Scrub the shop clock. The camera and the listing stay on the same minute.
6:52 · Dawn. Dark shop, as expected. Posted opening is still eight minutes away.
One morning
7:00
Posted hours flip the map to Open. The bakery is still dark. Three people will try the door, leave, and remember it.
7:08
StillShut looks at the sign, the window, and how busy the front is. Not faces. Not names. After five grace minutes it texts Maria: not open yet. Usual opening is 7:00.
7:10
She taps Back at 7:40. Wayfinder shows opening late. BiteRun pauses the sourdough orders. The bakery site hangs a banner. Callers hear the same time.
7:38
OPEN, lights on. StillShut reopens the listing and keeps the crop so Maria can see why.
What it will not do
Full frames die in a minute. We keep a sign crop for a day. Front-door traffic is how much the pixels moved, not who stood there. If the sign is messy, we ask Maria rather than guess.
What you click next
The next screen shows the camera beside the listing. Scrub time, then open owner phone to call Dan, post Back at 7:40, or mark a closed day.
